Irish Culture Night 2012
Every September locals and visitors across Ireland enjoy the unique experience of Culture Night, a free night of entertainment, arts and adventure taking place in towns and cities across Ireland. Following on from a very successful London event last year, for the first time FIS will be bringing Culture Night to four cities in Britain to celebrate all the fantastic Irish culture that happens here.
FIS’s Ireland Inspires Campaign presents Culture Night activities in London, Leeds, Liverpool and Newcastle and will include music, film, spoken word and much more to celebrate the wonderful cultural work that takes places year after year in the Irish clubs, centres and spaces in Britain. Each of our Culture Nights will be also be highlighting The Gathering 2013, and we will be showcasing all that is on offer in Ireland in 2013 too! All of the events will be free and taking place on the evening of Friday 21st September 2012.
